<p>Como já vos confidenciei, nos últimos tempos, tenho tentando incluir no meu dia a dia mais refeições vegetarianas. Não estou numa fase de transição na minha alimentação. Nada disso. Apenas começo a sentir necessidade de procurar um equilíbrio com opções mais saudáveis.</p>



<p>A receita que partilho hoje convosco resultou exactamente dessa procura por petiscos mais nutritivos que, embora vegetarianos, não deixem de ser saborosos. A quinoa e o bulgur são ingredientes que entraram há pouco tempo na minha cozinha mas que já vêm conquistando algum protagonismo. O seu sabor está entre o arroz e a massa e abrem todo um mundo de possibilidades culinárias. Desta vez, decidi juntá-los num dueto um tanto ou quanto improvável.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Estes croquetes de quinoa, bulgur e cenoura são deliciosos, fáceis de fazer e carregados de sabor. Com uma crosta crocante, mas um interior tenro, são perfeitos para substituir os tradicionais croquetes de carne. E o melhor de tudo é que podem ser feitos no forno, o que os torna ainda mais saudáveis.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Pode consumir estes croquetes quentes como frios, o que significa que podem ser um snack a meio da tarde ou uma refeição completa. &nbsp;</p>



<p>Além de um molho <em>tzatziki</em>, acompanhei com uma salada de rúcula, pepino, sorrel dos bosques e ervas azedas.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Afinal, quem disse que as refeições vegetarianas têm que ser aborrecidas?</p>

<p>Bife com molho de cervejeira é aquele clássico. Popular nos quatro cantos de Portugal, já conta no currículo com inúmeras versões. No entanto, o essencial continua lá sempre: um toque de mostarda, a cremosidade das natas e um ligeiro sabor a cerveja.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Hoje foi dia de relembrar estes sabores. Mas usei um truque: o molho cervejeira <a href="http://domduarte.com/">Dom Duarte</a>, um molho típico português com excelente sabor e aroma. Tão espesso e saboroso que não resisti em molhar o pão.</p>

Tempere-as e regue com o azeite, misturando até que estejam uniformemente revestidas.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65ac3ba3e5873" class="direction-step">Espalhe as batatas numa assadeira revestida por papel vegetal, certificando-se de que não se sobreponham. Leve ao forno a 150º C por cerca de 40min, virando-as a meio do tempo.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65ac3ba3e5874" class="direction-step">Tempere os bifes com sal e pimenta. Numa frigideira, leve ao lume a margarina e os alhos. Quando estiver quente, frite os bifes de ambos os lados. <p>Receitas de <em>hummus</em> há muitas, é um facto. É provavelmente das pastas mais conhecidas e recriadas de sempre. <p>No outro dia, quando partilhei a receita do <em><a href="https://www.luismiguelcosta.pt/carne/chili-de-carne/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">chili</a></em>, recebi algumas mensagens a perguntar se os nachos eram caseiros. Na verdade, não sou muito apreciador destes produtos comprados já feitos, porque já sabemos a quantidade de ingredientes pouco saudáveis que isso leva. Como a receita é tão simples de fazer, decidi partilhar convosco todo o passo-a-passo para que possam reproduzir nas vossas cozinhas.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Saliento três pontos positivos para esta receita: não contêm glúten nem lactose, são feitos no forno (ao contrário das opções mais conhecidas em que são fritos) e, como levam meia dúzia de ingredientes, são bastante baratos. Já para não falar que são deliciosos!&nbsp;</p>



<p>Estes salgadinhos de milho, apesar de tradicionais da culinária mexicana e comuns nos Estados Unidos, são muito conhecidos em todo o mundo devido ao seu sabor e praticidade. Podem ser consumidos em diversas situações e com variados acompanhamentos, desde <em>chili</em>, <em>guacamole</em>, <em>cheddar</em>… Como não sou amante de abacate, decidi seguir a sugestão do <a href="https://www.instagram.com/fazecome/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Rui Ribeiro</a> e fazer uma pasta de ervilhas que é, no mínimo, surpreendente. </p>

			<ul class="directions-list"><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65acf12772be4" class="direction-step">Comecemos pelos nachos: coloque todos os ingredientes num recipiente e misture até obter uma massa homogénea.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65acf12772be5" class="direction-step">Divida a massa em duas porções. Coloque metade entre duas folhas de papel vegetal e, com a ajuda de um rolo de cozinha, estenda até obter uma camada fina. Com uma faca afiada, corte em triângulos. Repita o processo para a restante massa.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65acf12772be6" class="direction-step">Leve ao forno, pré-aquecido a 200º C, durante 8 a 10 minutos, ou até que fiquem bem dourados.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65acf12772be7" class="direction-step">Coza as ervilhas em água temperada de sal. Arrefeça-as em água fria, triture no processador, juntamente com os temperos. Termine com um fio de azeite.</li></ul>
