<p>No outro dia vi esta receita num programa do <a href="https://www.24kitchen.pt/">24 Kitchen </a>sobre comida italiana e fiquei com imensa vontade de a experimentar. </p>



<p>Segundo o que foi dito, trata-se do molho à bolonhesa tradicional. Sim, porque, por cá, temos a mania de pegar nos pratos tradicionais de outros países, dar um mix simplista e transformar por completo os sabores. </p>

Corte a cenoura, o aipo e o bacon em pequenos cubos.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65ad675bd4fba" class="direction-step">Numa panela, adicione o bacon e frite até que a gordura tenha derretido.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65ad675bd4fbb" class="direction-step">Quando a gordura do bacon derreter, adicione o azeite e aqueça. Em seguida, adicione a cebola e refogue, até que fique translúcida. Por fim, adicione a cenoura e aipo e refogue até que estejam macios, cerca de 6 a 8 minutos.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65ad675bd4fbc" class="direction-step">Acrescente a carne moída e mexa com uma espátula até que a carne perca a cor rosada. De seguida, adicione o vinho tinto e mexa delicadamente até que o vinho evapore.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-170586316662686" class="direction-step">Junte o tomate e misture. Depois de incorporado, acrescente a água a ferver, os caldos e o louro. </li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-170586316662687" class="direction-step">Deixe ferver por três horas com a panela totalmente tapada em lume brando </li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-170586316662688" class="direction-step">Quase no final do tempo, coza o pappardelle seguindo as instruções da embalagem. Junte com a carne, um pouco parmesão ralado por cima e está pronto. </li></ul>
