<p>Nesta receita, usei o esparguete nero di sepia que é produzido com a tinta da lula ou do choco, o que lhe confere uma personalidade inigualável e um certo exotismo.</p>



<p>Além da cor preta brilhante, esta massa tem um sabor subtilmente salgado a fazer lembrar o mar. Por isso, combina na perfeição com uns camarões salteados, aos quais acrescentei espargos (gosto tanto!) e alguns tomates cherry. </p>



<p>Mas a melhor parte deste prato?&nbsp;É que estará na sua mesa em menos de 30 minutos.&nbsp;É infalível.</p>

Descarte a parte mais dura e com um descascador, retire a pele do meio até à base. Corte-os em pedaços.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1702754659648215" class="direction-step">Numa panela com água e sal, junte a massa e deixe cozer entre 6 a 10 minutos. Escorra e reserve.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1702754659649216" class="direction-step">Numa frigideira, derreta a manteiga e coloque os alhos picados e os camarões. Tempere com sal, pimenta, salsa, tomilho e regue com o sumo do limão. Deixe saltear até os camarões ganharem cor.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1702754659649217" class="direction-step">Junte os espargos e os tomates cortados ao meio. Deixe cozinhar por 4 minutos. Coloque a massa num prato, disponha este preparado e polvilhe com salsa.</li></ul>
