<p>Hoje trago-vos uma daquelas receitas que para mim é&nbsp;sinónimo de comida de conforto: um&nbsp;caril de legumes&nbsp;que se prepara num abrir e fechar de olhos. Combina na perfeição os sabores mais exóticos indianos com a minha tentativa de incluir mais legumes nas minhas refeições.</p>



<p>Além de lindo de se ver, acreditem que é também incrivelmente saudável. Olhem só para este arco-íris de cores de vegetais frescos e deliciosos!</p>

<p>Um pormenor bastante importante: como é uma receita bastante versátil, podem aproveitar para fazer uma limpeza no frigorífico e usarem todos os legumes que tenham em mãos (desde que cozinhem com bastante rapidez). </p>



<p>Como já é hábito, o leite de coco dá um toque cremoso a este prato que fica ainda mais irresistível acompanhado por arroz basmati. Caso gostem de subir na escala do picante, não hesitem em adicionar uma malagueta fresca cortada em fatias fininhas.</p>



<p>Aventurem-se neste prato rico em sabores que eu prometo que vão querer repetir a receita uma e outra vez.</p>
