<p>Estão a ver aqueles ingredientes que trazemos do supermercado a pensar numa determinada receita mas, uns dias depois, acabam por ser protagonista de outra coisa totalmente diferente? Pois, foi o que aconteceu com este salmão fumado. Eram para ser uma entrada mas o destino trocou-lhes às voltas.<br>Estes hambúrgueres surgiram de forma inesperada para o almoço. E só vos digo uma coisa: que forma tão rápida e deliciosa para se ter uma refeição fora da rotina.</p>

<p>Decidi acompanhar com uma salada de rúcula e um molho de iogurte numa versão mais saudável. No entanto, podem caprichar e fazerem com tudo a que um bom hambúrguer tem direito: pão, muito molho e batatas fritas crocantes.</p>

Junte o salmão e pulse algumas vezes, de modo a ficar picado grosseiramente mas não pastoso. Transfira o preparado para uma taça.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1702815159978362" class="direction-step">Junte os restantes ingredientes, tempere com um pouco de sal e pimenta e envolva tudo.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1702815159978363" class="direction-step">Molde pequenas bolas com cerca de 70g cada. Depois achate dando a forma de hamburger. Embrulhe em película aderente e leve ao frigorífico por pelo menos uma hora até ficarem firmes.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1702815159978364" class="direction-step">Enquanto isso, numa taça, misture todos os ingredientes para o molho.
