<p>O arroz, sendo praticamente presença assídua como acompanhamento de qualquer prato da nossa gastronomia, é um dos alimentos que mais facilmente encontramos guardados no frigorífico à espera de uma segunda oportunidade. Mas não é porque os grãos já foram cozidos que devem ser descartados ou apenas reaquecidos.&nbsp;Há toda uma variedade de formas de transformar estas sobras em novos pratos sem aquela sensação de que se trata de comida do dia anterior. </p>



<p>Desta vez, o ingrediente base foi um pouco de arroz primavera que tinha sobrado do jantar. Preparei estes deliciosos hambúrgueres, muito práticos de se fazer e que depois de grelhados ficam com uma textura bastante crocante. Além do mais, combinados com uma boa salada, são uma excelente forma de incluir mais vegetais nas nossas refeições.</p>
