<p>A lasanha é aquele prato que nunca desilude. Serão raras as pessoas que conseguem resistir a toda essa cremosidade distribuída em camadas de massa e cobertas de queijo gratinado.&nbsp;Embora a lasanha clássica seja, já por si, irresistível, esta versão de frango e tomate seco entrou no top das receitas mais apreciadas cá em casa.</p>

<p>Apesar do receio inicial de que o frango ficasse muito seco, na verdade ficou perfeito. Com uma textura e sabor surpreendente, é uma deliciosa opção para uma refeição fácil durante a semana. Podem deixar já preparado no frigorífico e levar ao forno apenas na hora do jantar.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Rende uma quantidade generosa, o que é óptimo para alimentar uma mesa farta. Se tiverem sobras de frango assado fica ainda melhor, pois evita o desperdício e ainda ganha em sabor. </p>

No final, desfie-os e reserve.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65ac404b70d39" class="direction-step">Num tacho, refogue, no próprio óleo do tomate seco, a cebola cortada em meias luas até ela ganhar uma cor bastante caramelizada.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65ac404b70d3a" class="direction-step">Junte o alho, a paprika e o tomate seco cortado em pedaços pequenos. Deixe apurar durante cerca de 5 minutos.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65ac404b70d3b" class="direction-step">Adicione o frango já desfiado e cozinhe por cerca de dez minutos de modo a absorver o sabor do tomate. No final desse tempo, junte as natas, envolve e retire do lume. Reserve.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-170578788608478" class="direction-step">Num outro tacho, vamos preparar o molho béchamel. Derreta a manteiga e, de seguida, junte a farinha. Mexa bem enquanto adiciona o leite para evitar que se formem grumos.
