<p>Uma das verdadeiras tradições do outro lado da fronteira são as tapas. Não há restaurante ou bar por aquelas bandas que não sirva estes petiscos acompanhados por uma bebida alcoólica.</p>



<p>Os pimentos-padrón (digam todos em coro: unos pican y otros non!) muitas vezes fazem parte do cardápio. Subtilmente picantes, ficam deliciosos acompanhados por estes suculentos camarões grelhados.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Uma sugestão perfeita para compartilhar com a família ou amigos.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Quem disse que as saladas estão reservadas para os dias quentes?</p>



<p>Pois é certo que no inverno estamos mais tentados para os pratos de forno. No entanto, não é por ser um refeição mais ligeira que deixa de ser reconfortante. E, verdade seja dita, com umas temperaturas tão atípicas como as que temos sentido nos últimos tempos, até que sabe bem. Por isso, trago-vos esta sugestão que combina os melhores sabores que a estação tem para nos oferecer.&nbsp;</p>



<p>E por aí, também são fãs de saladas mesmo quando os termómetros estão mais em baixo?&nbsp;</p>

Regue com um pouco de azeite e tempere com uma pitada de sal. <p>Os crepes são uma presença assídua na mesa de qualquer brunch de fim de semana.</p>



<p>São leves, saborosos e podem ser recheados com praticamente qualquer coisa que se tenha no frigorífico. Na maior parte das vezes, são doces, acompanhados com frutas e chocolate. </p>

<p>No entanto, desta vez procurei uma versão salgada: recheei com queijo fresco e salmão fumado e finalizei com pimenta rosa e rúcula.</p>



<p>Portanto, se andam às voltas à procura de uma maneira saudável e decadente de começarem o dia, aqui está uma óptima sugestão. Ah, e um pequeno grande pormenor: é uma receita tão fácil e descomplicada que podem mesmo prepará-la confortavelmente ainda de pijama e chinelos. Verão que farão um brilharete na vossa mesa.</p>

Com uma vara de arames, misture até que toda a farinha tenha sido incorporada.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65a07908bf1d8" class="direction-step">Cubra com filme plástico e deixe a massa descansar no frigorífico por pelo menos 30 minutos.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65a07908bf1d9" class="direction-step">Unte uma frigideira com uma fina camada de manteiga e aqueça-a em fogo médio-baixo.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-170501578232170" class="direction-step">Incline a frigideira e despeje cerca de ¼ de chávena de massa (60 ml) no centro da frigideira. Faça rapidamente um movimento circular para que a massa se espalhe por todo o fundo.
