Rejeite a água e as sementes e corte a parte fibrosa do tomate em cubos. Tempere os tomates com sal e disponha-os ao contrário, num tabuleiro, para escorrer toda a água.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1702812538076227" class="direction-step">Numa frigideira, leve ao lume o azeite, o louro e a parte branca do alho francês cortado em rodelas. Mexa e deixe refogar até comece a amolecer.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1702812538076228" class="direction-step">Adicione o tomate cortado e o tomate frito e deixe refogar muito bem.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1702812538076229" class="direction-step">Junte o atum, tempere com o molho de soja e pimenta. Envolva bem e deixe aquecer um pouco.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1702812538076230" class="direction-step">Por fim, junte ⅔ do queijo, os orégãos e retire a folha de louro.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1702812538076231" class="direction-step">Divida o recheio pelos tomates. Com uma colher, pressione para que fiquem bem recheados. Por cima, disponha o restante queijo e tape-os com as respetivas tampas.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1702812538076232" class="direction-step">Leve ao forno, pré-aquecido nos 180º C, e deixe cozinhar durante cerca de 30 minutos.</li></ul>

<p>Latas de atum todos temos na despensa e salvam-nos a vida muitas vezes. Mas nem tudo se tem que resumir a arroz, sandes e saladas. A prova é a receita que vos trago hoje e que leva o conceito de “comida preguiçosa” a um outro nível.</p>

<p>São precisos menos de 30 minutos para ter o jantar servido. O melhor de tudo é que faz uma figura que não o envergonhará mesmo que tenha convidados à mesa. Com um aspecto maravilhoso como este, será difícil alguém acreditar que é a coisa mais simples de fazer. </p>



<p>Só para início de conversa, tenho a dizer que esta trança é a combinação perfeita: atum, espinafres e queijo fresco, tudo envolvido numa deliciosa camada de massa folhada. Motivos mais do que suficientes para a experimentarem aí nas vossas cozinhas, não concordam?</p>

<p>Confesso que nunca fui muito fã de atum em conserva. Sempre me soou a algo pouco apelativo ao palato e que me fazia, de imediato, recordar os tempos de universitário.</p>



<p>Afinal, quem nunca se muniu de um arroz de atum para matar a fome? </p>

<p>No entanto, do ponto de vista nutricional, é um alimento com bastante qualidade. Daí que esteja sempre à procura de novas formas de o usar na minha cozinha. Lembrei-me de partilhar convosco esta receita de empadão onde o atum é estrela, num saboroso molho de tomate. Irá, certamente, fazer sucesso na vossa mesa. Além do mais, é ideal para preparar com antecedência, bastando levar ao forno no momento de servir.</p>



<p>Assim, de forma muito fácil, conseguirão um prato delicioso, que satisfaz os apetites mais vorazes de toda a família e, ainda para mais, fica super em conta.</p>

Leve a cozer em lume alto. Quando começar a ferver, reduza para lume médio e deixe cozer cerca de 20 a 25 minutos.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65a197744d371" class="direction-step">No final deste tempo, retire o tacho do lume, escorra as batatas e esmague-as. Tempere com margarina, noz-moscada, pimenta preta, sumo de limão e leite. Mexa com uma colher de pau e leve novamente a lume brando. Quando começar a borbulhar desligue o lume.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65a197744d372" class="direction-step">Escorra o atum, aproveitando o azeite para a frigideira. Desfie-o com um garfo e reserve. Coloque a cebola picada e o alho picado na frigideira e refogue em lume brando até a cebola alourar, mexendo de vez em quando. Adicione o atum e a polpa de tomate e tempere com um pouco de sal e pimenta. Mexa e deixe cozinhar cerca de 4 a 5 minutos.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65a197744d373" class="direction-step">Unte com margarina uma travessa de cerâmica que possa ir ao forno. Coloque uma camada de puré, por cima, uma camada de atum e, por último, outra camada de puré.
