<p>Sabem aqueles momentos ao longo do dia em que se sente um ratinho no estômago? A mim, acontece-me muito a meio da manhã e, por vezes, fica difícil esperar pela hora de almoço.</p>



<p>Nessas essas alturas, o que vem mesmo a calhar é ter algo pronto a morder. Sim, até pode ser uma fruta, mas estas barritas de cereais sabem muito melhor.</p>

<p>Para as fazer, não há grande ciência nem mistério. É juntar um bocadinho de tudo o que se tenha na prateleira dos frutos secos, prensar e levar ao forno. Dão pouco trabalho e ficam prontas em menos de nada. Depois é só esperar que arrefeçam, cortar e guardar. Podem comidas em casa ou levar para qualquer lugar.</p>



<p>E agora que o tempo quente chegou, são perfeitas para meter na mochila e levar para os passeios. </p>

<p>A contar com isso, preparei já mais uma fornada de granola caseira. Caso nunca tenham experimentado fazer, é mais fácil do que imaginam.</p>

<p>Esta é talvez uma das receitas mais versáteis que conheço! É muito simples e permite combinar os ingredientes conforme os gostos, sendo uma óptima forma de se ir limpando a despensa.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Os cereais que utilizo nesta receita são os flocos de aveia, mas podem usar qualquer outro cereal como flocos de cevada, trigo sarraceno ou quinoa, usando os frutos secos que mais gostarem.</p>



<p>Posso ser um pouco suspeito, mas diria que é das coisas mais deliciosas para um pequeno-almoço saudável e rápido. É perfeito para acompanhar com iogurte, leite ou até com papas de fruta. Depois de sair do forno, é só guardar num pote bem fechado que dura uns 15 dias (se não acabar antes, claro).</p>

<p>Como já vos confidenciei, nos últimos tempos, tenho tentando incluir no meu dia a dia mais refeições vegetarianas. Não estou numa fase de transição na minha alimentação. Nada disso. Apenas começo a sentir necessidade de procurar um equilíbrio com opções mais saudáveis.</p>



<p>A receita que partilho hoje convosco resultou exactamente dessa procura por petiscos mais nutritivos que, embora vegetarianos, não deixem de ser saborosos. A quinoa e o bulgur são ingredientes que entraram há pouco tempo na minha cozinha mas que já vêm conquistando algum protagonismo. O seu sabor está entre o arroz e a massa e abrem todo um mundo de possibilidades culinárias. Desta vez, decidi juntá-los num dueto um tanto ou quanto improvável.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Estes croquetes de quinoa, bulgur e cenoura são deliciosos, fáceis de fazer e carregados de sabor. Com uma crosta crocante, mas um interior tenro, são perfeitos para substituir os tradicionais croquetes de carne. E o melhor de tudo é que podem ser feitos no forno, o que os torna ainda mais saudáveis.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Pode consumir estes croquetes quentes como frios, o que significa que podem ser um snack a meio da tarde ou uma refeição completa. &nbsp;</p>



<p>Além de um molho <em>tzatziki</em>, acompanhei com uma salada de rúcula, pepino, sorrel dos bosques e ervas azedas.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Afinal, quem disse que as refeições vegetarianas têm que ser aborrecidas?</p>
