<p>Hoje trago-vos a maneira mais deliciosa que vão encontrar de servir frango nestes últimos dias que restam do verão. Digam-me vocês se é mito, mas tenho cá para mim que as espetadas são o verdadeiro clássico que fica sempre bem sobre a mesa em dias mais quentes. São fáceis de fazer, coloridas e uma forma rápida de ter um petisco, uma entrada ou até mesmo um prato principal.</p>

<p>Sim, já sei o que estão a pensar: “não é coisa que não exija grande ciência”. É certo que não estamos propriamente a falar de uma receita só ao alcance de estrelas Michelin. É pegar em pedaços de carne e vegetais, enfiar de forma alternada no espeto e levar a grelhar. No entanto, o segredo, como sempre, está neste tempero à base de laranja e especiarias. Simples, mas diferente, que dá outro cor e um sabor maravilhoso.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Agora que já vos cresceu água na boca (espero eu!), já sabem o que têm a fazer.&nbsp;</p>

			<ul class="directions-list"><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-0" class="direction-step">Corte o frango em cubos pequenos. Coloque-o numa tigela. Adicione a casca e o sumo da laranja, juntamente com o alho picado e os restantes temperos (à excepção do sal). Envolva-o bem nesta marinada, cubra e deixe por, pelo menos, 1 hora.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-238" class="direction-step">Corte a courgette em fatias com cerca de 1cm de espessura e divida cada uma ao meio. Corte a cebola em quartos.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-350" class="direction-step">Com a ajuda dos palitos, vá alternando a courgette, a cebola roxa e os cubos de frango.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-438" class="direction-step">Aqueça o azeite numa chapa grande em fogo médio-alto. Tempere as espetadas generosamente com sal e coloque-as ao lume. Alguns minutos depois, vire as espetadas para grelhar bem de ambos os lados.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-634" class="direction-step">Entretanto, num prato fundo, coloque os couscous, um pouco de sal e despeje a água a ferver. Tape com outro prato e aguarde uns minutos até a água evaporar. Com a ajuda de um garfo, solte os grãos.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-832" class="direction-step">Sirva as espetadas acompanhadas pelos couscous e alguns gomos de laranja.</li></ul>
