<p>Esta é a versão perfeita para juntar à volta da mesma mesa até aqueles que não são de comer carne. Uma receita vegetariana, saborosa e muito nutritiva. Todos os outros que costumam dizer “sou incapaz de recusar um bom bife”, escusam de já estar a torcer o nariz. A textura desta bolonhesa de lentilhas fica incrível e, visualmente, é muito parecida com a tradicional.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Além de tudo mais, esta é daquelas receitas que podem ser cozinhadas em grande quantidade e congeladas em pequenas porções. Desta forma, terão sempre refeições prontas para os dias mais acelerados.&nbsp;</p>

			<ul class="directions-list"><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-0" class="direction-step">Lave as lentilhas em água corrente. Coloque as lentilhas numa taça com o dobro de água. Deixe demolhar por 6 horas ou durante a noite. No final desse tempo, descarte a água da demolha e lave novamente as lentilhas.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-215" class="direction-step">Numa panela, aqueça o azeite e junte a cebola roxa e os alhos picados. Deixe refogar em lume médio até ficar dourado. Adicione os temperos, juntamente com o concentrado de tomate frito. Deixe cozinhar por 3 minutos para aromatizar e caramelizar um pouco.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-470" class="direction-step">Acrescente a cenoura, a courgette e as lentinhas. Envolva tudo muito bem antes de juntar a polpa de tomate, o tomate picado, o vinho e a água.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-613" class="direction-step">Reduza o fogo e deixe as lentilhas cozinhar, sem tampa, por 25 a 30 minutos ou até ficarem macias. Mexa ocasionalmente e adicione mais água se for necessário.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-772" class="direction-step">Sirva a bolonhesa com esparguete cozido, manjericão e parmesão.</li></ul>

<p>Nesta receita, usei o esparguete nero di sepia que é produzido com a tinta da lula ou do choco, o que lhe confere uma personalidade inigualável e um certo exotismo.</p>



<p>Além da cor preta brilhante, esta massa tem um sabor subtilmente salgado a fazer lembrar o mar. Por isso, combina na perfeição com uns camarões salteados, aos quais acrescentei espargos (gosto tanto!) e alguns tomates cherry. </p>

<p>E se eu vos dissesse que estas almôndegas super apetitosas não têm um grama sequer de carne? Acreditavam? Pois, é bem verdade. Este é daqueles pratos que, como se costuma dizer, não é carne nem é peixe.</p>



<p>No outro dia, deram-me uns súbitos desejos de comer esparguete com almôndegas e molho de tomate. Aquela receita básica que agrada a todos e que nos remete à infância. Único senão: não tinha carne picada no congelador e a vontade de sair de casa para a comprar era nula. Uma volta na despensa e encontro a solução numa lata de grão de bico. Vai daí, lembrei-me de arriscar numas almôndegas vegetarianas para fugir à rotina.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Apesar de serem completamente sem carne (apenas leva um ovo), estas almôndegas são tremendamente sólidas, incríveis e verdadeiramente fantásticas. Já para não falar de que são muito nutritivas e com alto teor de proteínas.&nbsp;</p>

			<ul class="directions-list"><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65a04aedf2ec2" class="direction-step">Pique meia cebola e os dentes de alho. Leve a refogar numa frigideira com azeite. Assim que ganhar cor, retire do lume e reserve.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65a04aedf2ec3" class="direction-step">Num processador, junte o refogado anterior, o grão-de-bico, o ovo, o pão ralado, a polpa de tomate a a salsa. Tempere com sal e pimenta a gosto. Triture tudo até formar uma pasta.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65a04aedf2ec4" class="direction-step">Com as mãos untadas com azeite, forme as almôndegas e disponha-as num tabuleiro com papel vegetal.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65a04aedf2ec5" class="direction-step">Leve ao forno, pré-aquecido a 200º C, durante cerca de 15 minutos.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1705004082944162" class="direction-step">Numa frigideira, coloque um fio de azeite e refogue a outra metade da cebola e junte os tomates em pedaços. Junte o açúcar e deixe cozinhar por 10 minutos e caso esteja muito espesso junte água da cozedura do esparguete. Adicione as almôndegas já prontas. Depois deixe ferver ligeiramente e reserve.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1705004082944163" class="direction-step">Num prato, coloque um pouco de esparguete cozido, o molho de tomate com as almôndegas, e finalize com folhas de manjericão a gosto.</li></ul>

<p>De todas as receitas maravilhosas de massa de frutos do mar que existem, esta deve estar provavelmente no top das preferidas. Não é de de admirar, tendo em conta o quão deliciosa é.</p>



<p>É uma receita extremamente simples, feita com amêijoas, alho, azeite, malagueta e um pouco de ervas frescas. Sim, é só isso! Sem natas, sem molho de tomate e, espante-se!, sem queijo. Algumas pessoas gostam de adicionar tomates cereja, mas pessoalmente prefiro a simplicidade das amêijoas salgadas em sintonia com as notas frescas do azeite e das aromáticas.</p>

Escorra a massa, reservando um pouco dessa água.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65a1ac68ea947" class="direction-step">Enquanto isso, numa frigideira grande, aqueça o azeite. Adicione o alho picado, mexendo sempre até dourar. Junte a malagueta picada grosseiramente e cozinhe por mais alguns segundos.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65a1ac68ea948" class="direction-step">Aumente o fogo, adicione o vinho e um pequeno molho de aromáticas. Deixe evaporar um pouco o álcool. De seguida, volte a baixar a intensidade do fogo e junte as amêijoas. Tape a frigideira.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65a1ac68ea949" class="direction-step">Cerca de 5 minutos depois, as amêijoas já estarão abertas e soltaram todos os seus sucos. Com a ajuda de uma pinça, transferi-as para uma tigela, descartando aquelas que não abriram.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-170509443114398" class="direction-step">Adicione ¼ de chávena da água reservada à frigideira e deixe ferver.
