<p>Se nunca experimentaram lentilhas este é o pretexto perfeito. Anotem já os ingredientes para, na próxima ida ao supermercado, não haver esquecimentos.</p>



<p>As lentilhas são pequenos grãos com uma versatilidade enorme na cozinha. Podem ser usadas em sopas, saladas, pratos principais…, substituindo muitas vezes a proteína animal.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Neste empadão, usei as lentilhas verdes que se tornaram na verdadeira estrela da companhia. Uma refeição muito prática e deliciosa.&nbsp;</p>

			<ul class="directions-list"><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-0" class="direction-step">Lave as lentilhas e coloque-as numa taça com o dobro de água. Deixe demolhar por 6 horas ou durante a noite. No final desse tempo, descarte a água da demolha e lave novamente as lentilhas.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-189" class="direction-step">Numa panela, aqueça o azeite e refogue a cebola, o alho francês laminado e os alhos picados, juntamente com as folhas de louro, até ficar dourado.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-336" class="direction-step">Quando a cebola ficar translúcida, acrescente as cenouras cortadas em rodelas e deixe cozinhar em lume brando por dois minutos. Refresque com o vinho, aumente o lume e deixe evaporar.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-520" class="direction-step">Junte as lentilhas, a courgette e a água. Adicione a polpa e o concentrado de tomate, tempere com sal e pimenta e deixe cozinhar cerca de 15 minutos.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-670" class="direction-step">Para o puré, coza as batatas em água temperada com sal. Quando estiverem moles, escorre-as e esmague-as. Tempere com noz-moscada, acrescente a manteiga e cerca de 3 colheres de leite (conforme a consistência desejada).</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-889" class="direction-step">Num recipiente próprio para ir ao forno, coloque uma camada de puré, outra do preparado de lentilhas e termine com mais uma de puré. Polvilhe com pão ralado.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1047" class="direction-step">Leve ao forno, pré-aquecido a 190º C, por cerca de 20 minutos até tostar ligeiramente.</li></ul>

<p>Este prato contém vários vegetais picados e um equilíbrio perfeito entre o salgado e o picante. <p>Quando se trata de arroz frito, o aconselhado é usar as sobras do arroz do dia anterior.&nbsp;Os grãos do arroz previamente cozidos e frios ficam separados e são mais fáceis de “fritar”.&nbsp;A probabilidade de, ao usar arroz recém cozido, ficar pegajoso e colado ao wok durante a confecção é elevada.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Já agora, se nunca provaram, não tenham medo da palavra “frito”, porque na verdade&nbsp;o arroz é cozido e depois salteado.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Por mais simples que o prato possa parecer, não se deixe enganar pois ficará impressionado com este sabor inconfundível.</p>

Coza-o numa panela com bastante água e um pouco de sal, por cerca de 12 minutos. Tempere o frango com sal e pimenta.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-17044985481981072" class="direction-step">Numa frigideira funda ou wok bem quente, junte uma parte do óleo e de seguida os ovos previamente batidos. Mexa como se fosse fazer ovos mexidos e assim que ficarem cozidos retire e reserve.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-17044985532161085" class="direction-step">Acrescente mais um pouco de óleo e quando estiver bem quente, adicione o frango. Deixe cozinhar em fogo alto até que esteja dourado e cozido, cerca de 3-4 minutos. Retire e reserve.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-17044985583671098" class="direction-step">Nessa mesma frigideira, leve a cenoura picada a refogar cerca de 10 minutos. De seguida, junte a cebola, o gengibre e o alho. Refogue um pouco e depois adicione as ervilhas (sem descongelar) e o milho.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-17044985635841111" class="direction-step">Acrescente o arroz e envolva todos os ingredientes.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-17044985688351124" class="direction-step">Quando o arroz estiver a ficar quente irá separar-se facilmente. É altura de juntar o molho de soja e o óleo de sésamo. Continue a cozinhar até o molho evaporar e o arroz secar ligeiramente.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-17044985742711137" class="direction-step">Junte o frango e os ovos reservados e envolva tudo. Por fim, decore com o cebolinho fresco.</li></ul>

<p>Setembro é o mês do “recomeçar”. Porém, nem sempre este regresso à rotina é fácil com o trabalho acumulado nos dias de ausência a aparecer por todos os lados. </p>



<p>Por isso, nada como uma pausa a meio da tarde para recuperar o fôlego. Se tiverem estes <em>muffins</em> de milho com goiabada da @ferbarportugal por perto, então garanto-vos que encarar o resto do dia será muito mais doce. </p>
