Retire e reserve</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1704196681827264" class="direction-step">Coloque os tomates com o lado do corte para baixo na frigideira e cozinhe por mais alguns minutos, até ganhar cor.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1704196681827265" class="direction-step">Solte o couscous com um garfo, disponha-o numa saladeira. Acrescente um punhado de agrião baby e disponha por cima os legumes grelhados.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1704196681827266" class="direction-step">Coloque o queijo por cima da salada. Junte todos os ingredientes do molho numa taça à parte e regue de seguida a salada.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1704196681827267" class="direction-step">Se a frigideira estiver seca, despeje um pouco mais de azeite e, em seguida, adicione o queijo coalho cortado em tiras. <p>As saladas são inevitáveis quando se fala em fazer uma alimentação saudável ou muito simplesmente quando não se sabe o que cozinhar para o jantar.</p>



<p>São pratos versáteis e adequados para qualquer refeição e altura do ano, mas que combinam na perfeição com os dias quentes de verão. Porque às vezes tudo o que queremos é comer algo leve, refrescante e que seja prático de fazer. </p>

<p>Um destes dias, para o almoço, decidi dar destino a uma manga não muito madura e aproveitar uns lombos de salmão. </p>



<p>O salmão é um daqueles ingredientes que procuro ter de forma regular no congelador. Este é um peixe que se cozinha muito rapidamente e por isso, muito descomplicado.</p>

<p>Chega o verão e o tempo quente faz-nos lembrar daquela resolução de ano novo que ficou esquecida logo nos primeiros dias de janeiro: “a partir de agora, vou comer mais legumes e fazer refeições mais saudáveis”.</p>



<p>As roupas querem-se mais curtas e os corpos mais despidos trazem-nos à memória que é preciso correr atrás do prejuízo de um confinamento com demasiadas horas passadas no sofá. </p>

<p>Foi com isso em mente que me aventurei nas prateleiras da alimentação saudável da última vez que fui às compras. Decidi trazer uma embalagem de bulgur, aquele cereal que nos últimos tempos passou a ser das tendências no que diz respeito a superalimentos.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Optei por fazer esta receita com um toque especial de mediterrâneo. É uma salada fresca, saborosa e muito fácil de preparar. Para complementar, não resisti em acrescentar o kiwi e as amêndoas que dão sempre um sabor extra, tornando-o ainda mais atraente.&nbsp;</p>
