<p>Desta vez fiz com atum, mas podem sempre rechear com aquilo que mais vos apetecer. Pode funcionar perfeitamente como entrada deliciosa ou até mesmo como prato principal se acompanhado por uma boa salada.</p>

Rejeite a água e as sementes e corte a parte fibrosa do tomate em cubos. Tempere os tomates com sal e disponha-os ao contrário, num tabuleiro, para escorrer toda a água.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1702812538076227" class="direction-step">Numa frigideira, leve ao lume o azeite, o louro e a parte branca do alho francês cortado em rodelas. Mexa e deixe refogar até comece a amolecer.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1702812538076228" class="direction-step">Adicione o tomate cortado e o tomate frito e deixe refogar muito bem.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1702812538076229" class="direction-step">Junte o atum, tempere com o molho de soja e pimenta. Envolva bem e deixe aquecer um pouco.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1702812538076230" class="direction-step">Por fim, junte ⅔ do queijo, os orégãos e retire a folha de louro.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1702812538076231" class="direction-step">Divida o recheio pelos tomates. Com uma colher, pressione para que fiquem bem recheados. Por cima, disponha o restante queijo e tape-os com as respetivas tampas.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1702812538076232" class="direction-step">Leve ao forno, pré-aquecido nos 180º C, e deixe cozinhar durante cerca de 30 minutos.</li></ul>

<p>Se existe o provérbio “fazer das tripas coração”, creio estar na altura de um novo entrar na gíria popular: “fazer das espinhas refeição”. Utilizar as carcaças de peixe para aromatizar um prato não é propriamente uma novidade. Não há programa de culinária nem livro de receitas que se preze que não mencione os tão afamados caldos. </p>



<p>No entanto, quantos de nós ignora este facto e opta por usar os de compra? Sejamos sensatos: para quê gastar dinheiro, se os podemos fazer em casa, tirando partido daquelas partes do peixe que normalmente são descartadas? Usando a cabeça e as espinhas não só é uma óptima forma de poupar na cozinha, como também evita o desperdício. </p>

<p>As <em>galettes</em> são tortas abertas de origem francesa, com um aspecto rústico e com uma infinidade de possibilidades. Esta versão combina na perfeição o sabor dos tomates com uma variedade de três queijos, bem regado por um fio de mel.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Se nunca experimentaram fazer esta <em>galette</em>, só vos tenho a dizer uma coisa: o cheiro que sai do forno, e que rapidamente vai invadir as vossas cozinhas, é simplesmente incrível. Motivos mais do que suficientes para agradar a todos ao jantar ou servir no seu próximo <em>brunch</em>. </p>

<p>Não sei se acontece o mesmo convosco, mas nos primeiros dias do regresso ao trabalho sou inundado por uma preguiça enorme. Ainda estou naquela fase de descrença que as férias já terminaram e que voltamos à rotina por mais uns meses.</p>



<p>Como é óbvio, a vontade de ir para a cozinha também não é muita e só quero refeições fáceis, práticas e que não me ocupem muito tempo. </p>

<p>Tenho a certeza que vão adorar esta celebração aos vegetais de Verão, que começa no fogão e termina no forno. É reconfortante sem pesar, (quase) vegetariano mas saciante, e tem muuuuito queijo (que é sempre uma forma infalível de me fazer comer um monte de legumes sem torcer o nariz).&nbsp;</p>



<p>Podem servir como acompanhamento ou prato principal &#8211; é perfeito de qualquer maneira. Podem adicionar um pouco de massa ou até mesmo acompanhado de frango, porco ou de um bife. </p>
