<p>Além do mais, é uma receita super versátil já que podem adaptar, usando os ingredientes que tiverem no frigorífico. No final, coloque o bacon em cima de uma folha de papel de cozinha para que o papel absorva toda a gordura.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1705000575604111" class="direction-step">Coloque as folhas de espinafres num escorredor e passe por água corrente a ferver para murcharem. Escorra bem, espremendo as folhas com as mãos para que estas larguem toda a água. Em seguida pique os espinafres grosseiramente e reserve.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1705000575604112" class="direction-step">Coloque numa tigela a farinha, o bicarbonato, a pitada de sal e o queijo. Envolva bem e adicione os ovos previamente batidos, a manteiga derretida e arrefecida e o iogurte. Acrescente, de seguida, o bacon e os espinafres. Misture tudo muito bem, sem bater a massa, apenas combinando os ingredientes entre eles.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1705000575605113" class="direction-step">Verta esta mistura para dentro de formas de queque forradas com quadrados de papel vegetal. Leve ao forno, pré-aquecido a 180º C, durante cerca de 20 a 30 minutos.</li></ul>

Como despedida da estrela da estação, decidi preparar uma receita fácil de fazer, e claro, que&nbsp; pudesse agradar a toda a gente. <p>As <em>galettes</em> são tortas abertas de origem francesa, com um aspecto rústico e com uma infinidade de possibilidades. Esta versão combina na perfeição o sabor dos tomates com uma variedade de três queijos, bem regado por um fio de mel.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Se nunca experimentaram fazer esta <em>galette</em>, só vos tenho a dizer uma coisa: o cheiro que sai do forno, e que rapidamente vai invadir as vossas cozinhas, é simplesmente incrível. Motivos mais do que suficientes para agradar a todos ao jantar ou servir no seu próximo <em>brunch</em>. </p>

<p>Que bem sabe uma salada nos dias de verão, não concordam? No entanto, para mim uma salada não podem ser só folhas. Gosto de juntar sempre grãos, proteínas e legumes, que fazem com que a refeição fique leve, mas completamente balanceada e saciante. &nbsp;</p>



<p>Desta vez, optei por deixar brilhar o camarão, acompanhado por abacaxi e quinoa tricolor. O toque caramelizado do abacaxi selado na grelha é o casamento perfeito com o camarão. Quanto à quinoa, é um ingrediente cada vez mais conhecido e procurado. Muito completo do ponto de vista nutricional, rico em proteína, fibra e ferro, entre outros nutrientes…</p>

<p>Mas o melhor é que é delicioso e prepara-se num instante, sendo que precisa de apenas 12 minutos para cozinhar; ou seja, o tempo de preparar o resto dos ingredientes. A versão tricolor que usei é uma mistura de vários grãos de quinoa – brancos, vermelhos e preto. Saladas quanto mais coloridas, mais despertam o olhar, não é verdade?</p>



<p>Aqui está um fantástico jantar ou uma excelente opção para levar numa caixinha para o trabalho. Vai ver que os seus colegas se vão roer de inveja e cobiçar o seu almoço.</p>

No final desse tempo, retire-o e mergulhe-o de imediato numa taça com água fria e gelo de modo a parar a cozedura. <p>Tenho a certeza que vão adorar esta celebração aos vegetais de Verão, que começa no fogão e termina no forno. É reconfortante sem pesar, (quase) vegetariano mas saciante, e tem muuuuito queijo (que é sempre uma forma infalível de me fazer comer um monte de legumes sem torcer o nariz).&nbsp;</p>



<p>Podem servir como acompanhamento ou prato principal &#8211; é perfeito de qualquer maneira. Podem adicionar um pouco de massa ou até mesmo acompanhado de frango, porco ou de um bife. </p>
