<p>Desta vez fiz com atum, mas podem sempre rechear com aquilo que mais vos apetecer. Pode funcionar perfeitamente como entrada deliciosa ou até mesmo como prato principal se acompanhado por uma boa salada.</p>

Rejeite a água e as sementes e corte a parte fibrosa do tomate em cubos. Tempere os tomates com sal e disponha-os ao contrário, num tabuleiro, para escorrer toda a água.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1702812538076227" class="direction-step">Numa frigideira, leve ao lume o azeite, o louro e a parte branca do alho francês cortado em rodelas. Mexa e deixe refogar até comece a amolecer.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1702812538076228" class="direction-step">Adicione o tomate cortado e o tomate frito e deixe refogar muito bem.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1702812538076229" class="direction-step">Junte o atum, tempere com o molho de soja e pimenta. Envolva bem e deixe aquecer um pouco.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1702812538076230" class="direction-step">Por fim, junte ⅔ do queijo, os orégãos e retire a folha de louro.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1702812538076231" class="direction-step">Divida o recheio pelos tomates. Com uma colher, pressione para que fiquem bem recheados. Por cima, disponha o restante queijo e tape-os com as respetivas tampas.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1702812538076232" class="direction-step">Leve ao forno, pré-aquecido nos 180º C, e deixe cozinhar durante cerca de 30 minutos.</li></ul>

<p>Aqui, publicamente, me confesso. Sou viciado nesta receita tão tradicional cantonesa que junta a carne de porco crocante, abacaxi, pimento, cebola e um irresistível e pegajoso molho agridoce. Na verdade, a receita dispensa apresentações, já que é um prato internacionalmente famoso, presença assídua em qualquer restaurante chinês.</p>



<p>Se também são amantes desta iguaria, trago-vos todos os passos que precisam de saber para fazerem aí por casa. Tudo com ingredientes básicos que certamente terão na vossa despensa. Arrisquem porque será sucesso garantido na hora do jantar. </p>

Rale o gengibre, o alho e a cebola e junte à carne. Adicione ainda o molho de soja e misture tudo muito bem. Deixe descansar por 5 minutos. Espalhe o resto do amido num prato e mergulhe cada pedaço de carne, um por um, até que esteja bem revestido.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65933af8e01fb" class="direction-step">Aqueça o óleo até atingir os 180º C. Junte o concentrado de tomate e refogue por 2 minutos. Acrescente os restantes ingredientes do molho. Dissolva o amido de milho em água. <p>A nova variedade de arroz Thai Jasmim lançada pela <a href="http://www.cigala.pt">Cigala</a> foi o pretexto ideal para a receita que hoje partilho convosco. Conhecida pelos seus grãos longos e aromáticos, esta variedade é o principal ingrediente do tão afamado Khao pad, um dos pratos mais típicos da cozinha tailandesa.</p>



<p>Este prato contém vários vegetais picados e um equilíbrio perfeito entre o salgado e o picante. <p>Quando se trata de arroz frito, o aconselhado é usar as sobras do arroz do dia anterior.&nbsp;Os grãos do arroz previamente cozidos e frios ficam separados e são mais fáceis de “fritar”.&nbsp;A probabilidade de, ao usar arroz recém cozido, ficar pegajoso e colado ao wok durante a confecção é elevada.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Já agora, se nunca provaram, não tenham medo da palavra “frito”, porque na verdade&nbsp;o arroz é cozido e depois salteado.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Por mais simples que o prato possa parecer, não se deixe enganar pois ficará impressionado com este sabor inconfundível.</p>

Coza-o numa panela com bastante água e um pouco de sal, por cerca de 12 minutos. Tempere o frango com sal e pimenta.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-17044985481981072" class="direction-step">Numa frigideira funda ou wok bem quente, junte uma parte do óleo e de seguida os ovos previamente batidos. Mexa como se fosse fazer ovos mexidos e assim que ficarem cozidos retire e reserve.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-17044985532161085" class="direction-step">Acrescente mais um pouco de óleo e quando estiver bem quente, adicione o frango. Deixe cozinhar em fogo alto até que esteja dourado e cozido, cerca de 3-4 minutos. Retire e reserve.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-17044985583671098" class="direction-step">Nessa mesma frigideira, leve a cenoura picada a refogar cerca de 10 minutos. De seguida, junte a cebola, o gengibre e o alho. Refogue um pouco e depois adicione as ervilhas (sem descongelar) e o milho.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-17044985635841111" class="direction-step">Acrescente o arroz e envolva todos os ingredientes.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-17044985688351124" class="direction-step">Quando o arroz estiver a ficar quente irá separar-se facilmente. <p>Um dos segredos é o molho sweet chilli (já partilhei convosco a <a href="https://www.luismiguelcosta.pt/extras/molho-sweet-chili/">receita</a> anteriormente) que ajuda a realçar os sabores da manga e do camarão sem, no entanto, chamar para si o protagonismo da cena. Já os pedaços da manga, à medida que vão cozinhando, libertam os seus sabores doces e levam o camarão a um outro patamar. A tudo isto, ainda temos o toque refrescante da lima para finalizar em apoteose o terceiro acto.&nbsp;</p>



<p>O que adoro nesta receita é que ao saboreá-la a nossa imaginação pode facilmente viajar. Depressa nos imaginamos nalgum lugar tropical, a ouvir as ondas de um mar de perder de vista. </p>

<p>A proposta de hoje é uma viagem ao Japão sem sair do conforto da mesa. </p>



<p>Já certamente ouviram falar em teriyaki, um estilo de cozinhar onde o peixe ou a carne são marinados num molho adocicado e depois assados. Uma espécie de caramelo salgado que faz o palato ir ao céu e ficar por lá a pairar alguns momentos. </p>



<p>Esta receita não podia ser mais fácil e prática de se fazer.  Experimentem e digam lá se não é uma delícia. </p>

Reserve.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65ada6d695d93" class="direction-step">Corte o salmão em cubos, mergulhe-os marinada durante 15 a 30 minutos.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65ada6d695d94" class="direction-step">Entretanto, comece a preparar a batata doce. Corte-as em quartos, regue com um fio de azeite, algum sal e uma generosa quantidade de tomilho. Leve ao forno durante 15 a 20 minutos consoante o seu gosto.</li><li id="wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65ada6d695d95" class="direction-step">Num tacho largo, deite um fio de óleo e depois junte a marinada, o mel e as sementes de sésamo.
