<p>Gostam de pizza? E de húmus? Se responderam ‘sim’ a estas duas perguntas, tenho a certeza que vão adorar esta receita. É uma verdadeira ode aos sabores mediterrâneos. Uma viagem gastronómica com escala em Itália, Grécia e Médio Oriente.</p>



<p>Nesta versão, o molho de tomate habitual é substituído pelo húmus da @mezete_global, o que a torna única e bem diferente da tradicional. Uma opção bastante nutritiva, com alto teor de fibra e muito prática. É só abrir a embalagem e já está!</p>

<p>Sim, já sei que estão a pensar:&nbsp;<em>&#8220;mas fazer pizza dá imenso trabalho&#8221;</em>. Digo-vos já que não é assim nenhum bicho de sete cabeças. Preparar uma pizza caseira é das coisas mais simples e básicas. Tudo o que precisam é de farinha, fermento biológico, água, um pouco de açúcar, sal e azeite. São tão poucos os ingredientes que, de certeza, terão aí por casa. É só misturar, esperar que a massa levede e está pronta a ir ao forno. E olhem que vale muito a pena a espera! E, agora que começam as férias escolares, nada como pedir ajuda à criançada para porem as mãos na massa. Eles vão adorar a experiência e uma par de mãos extra sabe sempre bem.&nbsp;</p>



<p>A cobertura fica um pouco ao vosso critério. No entanto, rúcula, queijo feta, cebola roxa e tomate cereja é aquela combinação que resulta na perfeição. Uma óptima sugestão que pode ser apreciada como aperitivo, acompanhamento ou refeição leve.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Se ficaram a salivar, já sabem o que têm a fazer: toca a vestir o avental e ligar o forno. &nbsp;</p>

<p>Quem disse que as saladas estão reservadas para os dias quentes?</p>



<p>Pois é certo que no inverno estamos mais tentados para os pratos de forno. No entanto, não é por ser um refeição mais ligeira que deixa de ser reconfortante. E, verdade seja dita, com umas temperaturas tão atípicas como as que temos sentido nos últimos tempos, até que sabe bem. Por isso, trago-vos esta sugestão que combina os melhores sabores que a estação tem para nos oferecer.&nbsp;</p>

<p>No entanto, desta vez procurei uma versão salgada: recheei com queijo fresco e salmão fumado e finalizei com pimenta rosa e rúcula.</p>



<p>Portanto, se andam às voltas à procura de uma maneira saudável e decadente de começarem o dia, aqui está uma óptima sugestão. Ah, e um pequeno grande pormenor: é uma receita tão fácil e descomplicada que podem mesmo prepará-la confortavelmente ainda de pijama e chinelos. Verão que farão um brilharete na vossa mesa.</p>

Faça rapidamente um movimento circular para que a massa se espalhe por todo o fundo. <p>Que bem sabe uma salada nos dias de verão, não concordam? No entanto, para mim uma salada não podem ser só folhas. Gosto de juntar sempre grãos, proteínas e legumes, que fazem com que a refeição fique leve, mas completamente balanceada e saciante. &nbsp;</p>



<p>Desta vez, optei por deixar brilhar o camarão, acompanhado por abacaxi e quinoa tricolor. O toque caramelizado do abacaxi selado na grelha é o casamento perfeito com o camarão. Quanto à quinoa, é um ingrediente cada vez mais conhecido e procurado. Muito completo do ponto de vista nutricional, rico em proteína, fibra e ferro, entre outros nutrientes…</p>

<p>Mas o melhor é que é delicioso e prepara-se num instante, sendo que precisa de apenas 12 minutos para cozinhar; ou seja, o tempo de preparar o resto dos ingredientes. A versão tricolor que usei é uma mistura de vários grãos de quinoa – brancos, vermelhos e preto. Saladas quanto mais coloridas, mais despertam o olhar, não é verdade?</p>

<p>Um destes dias, para o almoço, decidi dar destino a uma manga não muito madura e aproveitar uns lombos de salmão. </p>



<p>O salmão é um daqueles ingredientes que procuro ter de forma regular no congelador. Este é um peixe que se cozinha muito rapidamente e por isso, muito descomplicado.</p>

<p>Chega o verão e o tempo quente faz-nos lembrar daquela resolução de ano novo que ficou esquecida logo nos primeiros dias de janeiro: “a partir de agora, vou comer mais legumes e fazer refeições mais saudáveis”.</p>



<p>As roupas querem-se mais curtas e os corpos mais despidos trazem-nos à memória que é preciso correr atrás do prejuízo de um confinamento com demasiadas horas passadas no sofá. </p>

<p>Foi com isso em mente que me aventurei nas prateleiras da alimentação saudável da última vez que fui às compras. Decidi trazer uma embalagem de bulgur, aquele cereal que nos últimos tempos passou a ser das tendências no que diz respeito a superalimentos.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Optei por fazer esta receita com um toque especial de mediterrâneo. É uma salada fresca, saborosa e muito fácil de preparar. Para complementar, não resisti em acrescentar o kiwi e as amêndoas que dão sempre um sabor extra, tornando-o ainda mais atraente.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Nem só de pão vive o homem e nem só de carne são feitos os hambúrgueres. A primeira parte é uma passagem bíblica, a segunda fui eu que inventei. E como hoje é dia do hambúrguer, trago-vos como sugestão uma versão com bacalhau.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Hambúrguer de bacalhau? Certamente estranham muitos de vocês. E por que não?&nbsp;Se dizem que existem 1001 formas de fazer bacalhau, de certeza que em forma de hambúrguer está incluída nessa contagem. &nbsp;</p>

<p>O sabor é bastante idêntico aos tradicionais pastéis de bacalhau, mas com a vantagem de não ser frito. Logo, bastante mais saudável e (para quem não suporta cheiro a fritos) bastante mais prático.</p>



<p>Além disso, usei aveia em substituição da batata que costuma deixar os pastéis um pouco pesados. Portanto, aqui está uma opção para todos aqueles que querem comer bem sem comprometer a dieta.&nbsp;</p>



<p>E já que o dia é de celebração, então que seja com tudo a que o hambúrguer tem direito: acompanhado de rúcula, cebola roxa e queijo de cabra em <em>bagel</em> de sementes. </p>
